Return Process

  Ensure your apparel is in its original, unworn condition with all Buffalo Dallas tags still attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
